Yes, completely, and there is no purchase required. If you are managing hypertension you are welcome to come as often as you need. We will also write the reading down so you build a record over time.

Yes. It is a finger-prick test and the reading takes seconds. If you want a fasting reading, come in the morning before eating. If that is not practical, come anyway and we will interpret the number in that light.

No. A pharmacist cannot diagnose you, that is a doctor’s job. What we can do is run the tests we offer, explain what the results mean, help with medicines, and tell you clearly when you need a doctor rather than a chemist.

No. Everything we offer at the counter is walk-in. There is no appointment system and no waiting list.

Some medicines are prescription-only under Kenyan law, and we will ask to see a valid prescription for those. Others are available over the counter. If you are unsure, call or WhatsApp us before travelling and our pharmacist will tell you.

We source through licensed suppliers and store stock the way it is meant to be stored, which matters as much as where it came from. If you have any question about something you have bought, bring it back and ask.

Yes, and it is a sensible thing to do. Bring the packets, including any prescription, and our pharmacist will check the doses make sense together and flag anything that should not be combined.

Yes. We keep medicines for common long-term conditions including hypertension. Because many of these are prescription-only, we cannot list or price them online, so please call or come in and ask.

We will tell you plainly rather than offering a substitute you did not ask for. Where we can source it, we will say how long that takes. Where we cannot, we will say that too.

Only against a valid prescription. You can send a clear photograph of it on WhatsApp. We cannot dispense prescription-only medicines without one, that is the law, and it is also how a pharmacy should operate.

Yes. Deliveries arrive in plain packaging with nothing on the outside indicating what is inside or that it came from a pharmacy.

We confirm the total before dispatch, and you pay on delivery or by mobile money. There is no obligation once we have quoted, if the price is more than you expected, say so and we will look at what else might work.
